Scrum Master

Job Description:

Tasks

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews)
Act as a servant leader and coach for the Agile team, supporting team development and self-organization.
Coach the team on Agile principles and best practices. 
Track team performance metrics such as velocity and sprint burndown, and complete KPI files.
Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions to maintain focus.
Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and transparency within the team.
Facilitate communication between development teams, stakeholders, and management.
Monitor sprint velocity and adjust if necessary.  
Identify and escalate risks, blockers, or dependencies to other parties.
Provide regular project updates and progress reports.

Requirements

Work experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development teams.
Strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Fluent in Business English.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown, team capacity) and ability to support continuous improvement.
