Role SummaryLooking for a hands-on IT role where no two days are the same? PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an IT Operations Technician to support multiple business divisions. In this role, you’ll be a key technical resource—keeping systems running efficiently, supporting end users, and helping the business stay connected and productive.
This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, solutions-oriented IT professional who enjoys being on the front lines of technology support and operations.
What You’ll Be DoingDeliver in-person and remote IT support to users across multiple divisions within a 20-mile radius
Procure, configure, deploy, and support IT hardware while maintaining accurate asset and inventory records
Support and assist with the implementation of Microsoft Azure cloud solutions and modern IT tools
Collaborate with business partners to understand needs and provide effective technical solutions
Diagnose and resolve system issues, manage service requests, and meet service-level expectations
Participate in IT projects and perform additional operational tasks as needed
Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain a secure and compliant work environment
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 1 year of IT support experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to support remote users effectively
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple support requests
Positive, collaborative attitude with strong relationship-building skills
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends on an as-needed basis
Preferred QualificationsMicrosoft Azure certifications (AZ-900 and/or AZ-104)
Experience with PowerShell scripting
Exposure to or experience with cloud migration projects
Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO)
Experience working in an Agile environment

Pay Details: $28.00 to $34.00 per hour
