Pay: $18.00 – $22.00/hr (based on experience)
PDS Tech is hiring a Facility’s Tech! The Facility Technician plays a key role in keeping our facility safe, functional, and looking its best. This is a hands-on position focused on general maintenance, minor repairs, and site upkeep to support daily operations and ensure the facility is always clean, compliant, and audit-ready.
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented self-starter who takes pride in their work and proactively addresses issues before they become problems.
What You’ll DoReplace interior and exterior lighting, including fixtures, ballasts, and bulbs
Perform basic painting, patching, and surface touch-ups
Complete minor stucco, masonry, and corrosion repairs
Maintain facility hardware such as signage, guards, trim, and fixtures
Assist with grounds upkeep, landscaping touch-ups, and overall site cleanliness
Conduct routine facility inspections and complete work orders in a timely manner
Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, and OSHA standards
Communicate facility issues, repair needs, and material requirements to leadership
What You Bring1–3 years of facilities maintenance, handyman, or general maintenance experience
Working knowledge of basic construction, painting, and general repairs
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and lifts
Strong attention to detail with a proactive, self-motivated work style
Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in an industrial or warehouse environment
Familiarity with work order or CMMS systems
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work indoors and outdoors
Comfortable working on ladders and lifts

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
