Position Summary Manage, monitor and control operations manuals and documentation for a safe and legal operations.
Key Accountability- Ensure quality document produce in compliance to the industry and company standard.
- Financial and budget planning for the department to ensure proper and sufficient budget for operations.
- Planning and providing training for support staff, skill and knowledge enhancement in line with the company direction and aspiration to support digitalization related to cockpit technology.
- To be trained as an approved trainer for EDMS / Airbus FODM related system. Play the role of focal point for Flight Operations manuals coordinator.
- To perform the finance process for PR/PO/GR and purchasing related to RFQ/RFP process.
- Involve in department projects and enhancement program in line with the ABP. Lead the CSR program for the department and liaison personnel related to LIDO Navigation matters.
Qualification & Working Experience- Degree in Information Technology with 0-3 years or Diploma in Information Technology with 4 years’ experience in Aviation regulation on documentations.
2. Certificate in Aviation management with 0-2 years’ experience.
Personality Traits- Understand standard of data security and PDP Policy.
2. Knowledge of aircraft technology related to document management.
3. Knowledge of related system aircraft monitoring and liaison personnel with other relevant stakeholders. - Regulatory requirement on e-enable aircraft operations and policy.
Key Challenges- Rapid changes to the technology solution.
2. Constant Processing of payment and ensuring on-time payment release to vendor.
3. Multitasking function to perform to support operations and the department.
