ABOUT US
Since 1978 Air Inuit has been providing scheduled, charter, cargo, and emergency air transportation services in Nunavik and beyond, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Collectively owned by the Inuit of Nunavik, through the Makivik Corporation, the airline operates a fleet of over 35 aircraft ranging from a Twin Otter 300 Series to a Boeing 737 200C, 300 and 800 and employs over 1000 employees in one of the most challenging flight environments.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Temporary replacement (Maternity) - / + 1 year
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to department employees and follow up on day-to-day operations;
- Liaise with other company departments;
- Process baggage claims and follow up with customers;
- Provide customer service for various ground operation requests;
- Monitor department employees work schedules and hours;
- Help the administrative assistant;
- Any tasks deemed necessary by the immediate supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual written and spoken (French/English), Inuktitut (an asset);
- High School Diploma;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written);
- Professional attitude, responsible and reliable;
- The capacity to offer an excellent customer service
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Working knowledge of the Airline industry (an asset).
- Be available certain weekends to provide support over the telephone.
