PW Material Flow Lead, Command Center
The Operations Command Center team is responsible for working closely with our suppliers across the world to ensure we deliver affordable, high-quality parts that meet our customers dynamic needs. Our team fosters an internal environment that thrives on utilization of the RTX CORE operating system, while coaching and supporting the supply and internal producer base to ensure they meet our quality standards and achieve success in their lean journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret large sets of data and communicate to peers and executive leadership.
- Produce various reports based on hardware performance, monthly fill rates, supplier commit compliance, operations performance, and contractual line item management through the use of xRM SAP, ODM, Business Warehouse, and other software and systems.
- Interface directly with our Military and Commercial Spares along with Global Product Delivery Centers to proactively identify, prioritize and escalate spares risks to mitigate impact to our customers
- Managing cross functional relationships between delivery assurance, supply chain, and operations partners to manage recovery plans for high demand MRO hardware coming through the supply chain
- Effectively lead meetings to facilitate conversation between Delivery Assurance and Global Supply Chain in order to establish recovery plans for escalated hardware – includes passionate follow up with customers between meetings
- This role will interface with internal support groups to ensure on time to clearance of hardware.
- Developing and project managing initiatives to improve the material flow process including customer reviews, prioritization systems, data analytics, root cause systems and filling in for material flow lead duties when necessary.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelors Degree and 5 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain, program/project management or a related field; OR a Master’s degree and 3 years of experience

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite on a regular basis.
The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
