Role Summary
* In this role, you will support assembly and installation manufacturing activities by leading producibility analysis, build integration, and manufacturing planning to ensure efficient execution of complex aircraft programs. Education & Job Requirements
* You must have
* A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field from an ABET-accredited program.
* A minimum of 5 years of related manufacturing engineering experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting the development of engineering technical data packages for aircraft parts and components.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing professional and technical writing skills to resolve technical issues in a team environment.
* Experience using CATIA.
* Experience performing complex producibility and variation analyses.
* Experience developing and implementing manufacturing plans.
* Ability to work onsite full-time.
* Ability to work variable shifts, including 1st and 2nd shift, based on business needs.
* Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
* Ability to meet U.S. export compliance requirements.
* Ability to obtain customer approval for PL1 access. Preferred Skills
* You will have
* A minimum of 2 years of experience using IVT.
* Experience using GoldEsp.
* Previous manufacturing engineering experience at a commercial aircraft manufacturer.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite. Job Duties & Functions

* Implement design and build plan changes while minimizing production disruption.
* Integrate changes across affected commodities and execute build integration milestones.
* Develop and maintain manufacturing plans.
* Create installation planning and support installation activities in San Antonio.
* Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.
* Identify engineering design changes and associated risks to build milestones.
* Facilitate collaboration and integration across cross-functional teams.
* Participate in process and tool improvement initiatives. Physical Requirements
