As a Supervisor, you are responsible for delivering a high standard of service within the lounge and contribute independently to daily operations. You ensure your team performs optimally and maintain the professional appearance of our Business Lounges. In addition to managing staff, you will mentor interns, provide onboarding, and conduct evaluations. As a team leader, you will also conduct performance reviews, appraisals, and absence-related conversations with team members.

The Lounge Supervisor oversees the proper execution of tasks and procedures during their shift, including HACCP compliance, cleanliness policies, stock management, and access control. For accurate billing to our Finance department, you also ensure proper registration of our lounge guests.

• You have an MBO/HBO level of education (equivalent to vocational or bachelor’s level);

• You have experience leading teams in the hospitality industry;

• You have good command of both Dutch and English (minimum level B1);

• You are available to work variable shifts between 05:30 and 22:30.

• A 12-month contract with a two-month probation period;

• A starting salary from €3.336,- (excluding shift allowances);

• A full-time position of 38 hours per week;

• Allowances for irregular shifts;
