In this role, you will impact the company by transforming our organizations supply chain landscape by driving successful execution of work transfer projects with Castings & Forgings suppliers.
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and coordinate projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.
Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, including developing mitigation strategies to safeguard against disruptions and delays.
Communicate project updates to stakeholders and provide regular status reports.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
5 or more years of experience in supply chain project management.
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and effective information exchange.
WE VALUE
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly desired.
Proven track record of successfully and proactively leading and delivering complex supply chain projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team environment.
Strong project management skills.
