Job Description:
The NPI Fulfillment Leader will demonstrate accountability for function, business, and strategic objectives. In the role, you will coordinate the NPI Clear to Build process for Evendale across GE9x and LEAP development programs and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to development test plans. You will plan and schedule material/production needs via collaboration with Product Operations, supplier and shops as part of the larger integrated product team and communicate across the Future of Flight Engineering organization and supply chain to ensure alignment on material needs/constraints. Embodying respect for people, continuous improvement and customer driven in all aspects of the role.Preference for this position to be located in Evendale, but open to remote candidates in surrounding states listed. 10 expected travel on site quarterly.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with supply chain and Product Operations to compliantly drive critical part delivery and allocation calls.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure short term execution as well as longer term planning to ensure capacity to meet business need in future quarters
  • Manage material processes and systems to provide accurate signals, includes data cleanliness requirements (removal of defects/inaccuracies).
  • Working with the development engineering stores team for incoming hardware to ensure that part tracking and allocation is accurate in systems.
  • Understand system processing at the fulfillment horizon to align to program needs.
  • Reviews waterfalls and open orders to manage shortages while building strong relationships with internal supplier management team within Clear to Build framework.
  • Communicates program needs clearly and concisely to drive results at internal and external source locations
  • Work with warehouse teams (Erlanger or CPLC) to ensure material flow and kitting to align to build plan.
  • Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.
  • Understanding inventory transactions and their impact on the MRD signal to optimize inventory and process improvements.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Use prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
  • Collaborates with internal sourcing management teams and assembly teams to mitigate work-stops while reducing delinquency to achieve 100 CTB for their NPI programs.
  • In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
  • Uses judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. Able to utilize multiple sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
  • Leads and owns several process and standard work improvement projects each year.
  • Manages and executes problem solving standard work processes including the organization of an action planning team, identification and refinement of an accurate problem statement, and measuring solution progress.
  • Should be able to cover all the managers’ job responsibilities when they are out with minimal hand-off expectations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years material planning, fulfillment, supplier delivery, or manufacturing operations experience) + minimum of 5 years material planning, fulfillment, supplier delivery, or manufacturing operations experience

  • Aptitude in GEA materials systems: CAS, IMPACT/Fusion, Oracle, ATLAS, FOA, AOA, AMT, etc.

The base pay range for this position is 116,000.00 - 155,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on February 20 2026.
