What You Will Do
Develop and manage long-term pricing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, proprietary data information agreements, technical control plans and cyber security for domestic and international repair suppliers utilizing lessons learned from other military programs and commercial engines
Manage the incorporation of U.S. Government pricing and contractual flow down requirements
In coordination with Military Engines Contracts, draft and negotiate the terms of the contract with supplier on behalf of P&W
Manage the contracting process in close coordination with the item repair value stream which includes multiple engine programs, and departments within Eagle Supply, such as Purchasing, Item Repair Management, Delivery Assurance, Engineering and Internal and External Repair Suppliers
Create and sustain standard work for contracting activities for domestic and international repair sources
Identification of new item repair sources and the execution of the identified sourcing strategies
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s in Contracts, Supply Chain, Business or Legal
8 years of experience in procurement, contracts, negotiations with suppliers and/or customers or an advance degree with 5 years of experience in OEM and/or afterspanet supply chain
Negotiation experience, problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Strong time management skills and attention to detail
Proficiency required in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel or other platforms
Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
Up to 10 travel capability

Knowledge of afterspanet operations
Excellent skills in communication, contract development and management, and experience working with suppliers
Knowledge working with USG regulations
Excellent and efficient presentation, written, and verbal skills
Proven skills in continuous improvement (CORE) and operational excellence
Understanding of Item Repair and Depot Maintenance Activities

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
