Assignment Type: Temp-to-Perm
Pay Rate: $35.86/hr
Shift: 1st Shift Monday – Friday
Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret and apply electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings (English and metric).
Assemble, wire, test, and troubleshoot electrical and controls equipment including:
Perform electrical work on rotating equipment packages such as gas turbines and compressors.
Identify, understand, and work with systems and components including:
Motor Control Centers (MCCs)
Fire & Gas detection systems
Generator control systems
Vibration monitoring instrumentation
Apply National Electrical Code (NEC), International Electrical Code (IEC), and standards for hazardous and intrinsically safe areas.
Operate and maintain hand tools, air-powered tools, torque wrenches, measuring devices, and shop machinery.
Document and chart test results according to production standards and turbine engine assembly procedures.
Maintain accurate production records, quality documentation, and work instructions.
Communicate effectively with Engineers, Quality, Parts, and Production teams to support workflow and schedule adherence.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety policies and procedures.
Work independently or as part of a team depending on project requirements.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED OR 10+ years of relevant industrial electrical experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical assembly, control panel wiring, or rotating equipment manufacturing.
Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
Experience identifying and working with electrical components such as breakers, disconnects, starters, relays, overloads, and timers.
Proficiency working with wire sizes ranging from 18 AWG to 1/0 AWG.
Skilled in the use of hand tools, air-driven tools, crimpers, cutters, and torque wrenches.
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs on a consistent basis.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Organized work habits with the ability to maintain clean and efficient workspaces.

Pay Details: $35.86 per hour
