Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P / Aviation Maintenance)

We are hiring experienced aviation maintenance professionals for a long-term contract opportunity supporting a heavy maintenance operation performing modifications, conversions, and scheduled maintenance on multiple commercial aircraft platforms. This role is ideal for technicians seeking stability, consistent work, and long-term earning potential.

Compensation & Per Diem

Hourly Rate: $30.00 – $35.00/hour (DOE)
Annual Earnings: Approximately $70,000 – $85,000+ with voluntary overtime
Per Diem:
- $840.00/week tax-free
- $43,680.00/year in tax-exempt per diem

Work Schedule Options
5/8 Schedule

Tuesday–Saturday
- 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Sunday–Thursday
- 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
4/10 Schedule
- Friday–Monday
  - 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  - 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Perform heavy maintenance, modifications, and aircraft conversions
- Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems in accordance with FAA regulations
- Accurately document maintenance activities
- Maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Aircraft maintenance experience in a heavy maintenance or MRO environment preferred
- FAA Airframe and/or Powerplant certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Seeking long-term contract work with stability
Tools
- Basic aviation tools required
