Role Summary
* In this role, you will support logistics and warehouse operations by performing inventory control, receiving, storage, shipping, and material handling activities. You will ensure accurate tracking of materials, compliance with regulatory and company standards, and efficient movement of goods while supporting team operations and safety requirements. Education & Job Requirements
* You must have
* A High School Diploma or GED.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience related to logistics, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
* Hazmat or Dangerous Goods training.
* Repair Station Inspection Privileges and Responsibilities training for repair station inspection roles.
* Ability to use a computer, including Microsoft Office programs.
* Ability to accurately inspect incoming parts and materials in accordance with Repair Station Quality Control Manual requirements when applicable.
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
* Ability to train and mentor other employees.
* Must be a U.S. Person. Preferred Skills
* You will have
* DOT or IATA certification.
* A Forklift license.
* An Associates degree. Job Duties & Functions
* You will be able
* Receive, handle, store, record, and distribute goods within the warehouse.
* Inspect incoming goods for damage and discrepancies against invoices and certification paperwork.
* Sort, label, and store goods accurately for inventory control.
* Identify parts, part numbers, and vendors using manuals, drawings, and research tools.
* Arrange storage locations to optimize warehouse space.
* Record movement of incoming and outgoing materials and finished products.
* Maintain up-to-date stock records through data entry.
* Retrieve inventory information to respond to inquiries regarding stock levels and delivery schedules.
* Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to orders and requests.
* Assist with hazardous materials documentation for domestic and international shipments.
* Coordinate with freight companies to obtain quotes and arrange pickups.
* Support routing and carrier selection activities.
* Ensure all work complies with regulatory requirements, production standards, and company business conduct guidelines.
* Provide reports and status updates to management as required.
* Assist with developing basic skill sets of other team members.
* Demonstrate safe work habits, including proper use of required personal protective equipment.
* Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements
* Able to
* Lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds and perform team lifts up to 50 pounds.
* Stand for extended periods of time.
* Demonstrate manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small components and tools.
* Bend, stoop, and crouch as required to perform job tasks.
* Maintain visual acuity to identify small details and defects.
* Operate computers, including keyboard, mouse, and job-related software.
