Role Overview:
Implement new contract management system and provide support for sourcing activities.
Provide RFQ/RFP/contract negotiation support
Contract negotiations/key projects, engaging with key stakeholders (e.g. key operational stakeholders in operations / engineering / maintenance etc.) in defining/understanding requirements
Provide technical expertise and leadership to sourcing and development of suppliers with respect to technology, performance, quality, cost, logistics and delivery
Create & manage purchase orders through delivery & supplier invoicing/payment
Support, maintain, and update key sourcing tools, processes and systems such as cost savings tracker, preferred supplier list (Oracle Cloud & KYS), etc.
Provide other key support to the site sourcing team
Contribute to continuous improvement activities
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is a diploma or degree-qualified supply chain professional who will assist in setting up contract management system implementation, RFQ/RFP and negotiations, and manages purchase orders and sourcing tools with strong IT, communication, and problem-solving skills.
