Global Head of Finance (m/f/diverse)

Job Description:

Tasks

Lead all finance functions across the global t:m Group
Ensure transparency through financial reporting, KPIs, and variance analysis
Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS, HGB, and local GAAP
Ensure full tax compliance and timely reporting (e.g. VAT, withholding tax)
Drive continuous improvement and scalability of finance processes and systems
Ensure adherence to internal policies and corporate governance standards
Oversee accounting operations, treasury, and resolution of complex issues
Act as primary contact for auditors, tax advisors, and shareholder finance
Lead, develop, and empower an international, cross-functional finance team

Requirements

Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or with similar qualifications
7–10 years of experience, including leadership in finance or controlling preferable
Strong knowledge of IFRS, HGB, tax compliance, and governance
Proven strategic thinking and business partnering skills
Proficiency with ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI)
Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus
High intercultural competence and ability to lead in a matrix organization
Willingness to travel internationally
