We’re looking for an Senior Advanced Electrical Engineer who enjoys real, hands-on hardware development. You won’t just design on paper – you’ll see your hardware come to life, from first prototypes to final qualification and validation testing.
This is not about owning just a small block. You’ll be part of a team doing full end-to-end development of safety-critical control units for electromechanical actuators inside eVTOL and eSTOL electric aircrafts representing the New Era of Aviation.
We work on highly complex systems, combining:
- redundant architectures to achieve maximum reliability and safety,
- highly complex multilayer PCBs (up to 18 layers) with demanding requirements on signal integrity, power distribution and EMC,
- high-voltage systems with rated voltage over 900 VDC,
- analog and digital circuits, power electronics, motor control, EMC/EMI,
- simulation, functional checkouts, debugging and testing of complete units.
We have new laboratories that we are continuously equipping with state-of-the-art measurement and test equipment. You won’t just design on paper – you’ll see your hardware come to life, from first prototypes to qualification and validation testing.
The whole team sits in one building – hardware, software, mechanical and systems engineers. That means close cooperation, fast feedback, and real system-level engineering, not throwing things over the wall.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 from home.

Responsibilities
- Develop hardware and system architecture of safety-critical, redundant systems,
- Design of complex boards (high-speed, high-power, high-reliability)
- Work on high-voltage electronics (up to 900 V),
- Bring-up, debugging, measurements and EMC/EMI problem solving,
- Close collaboration with software, mechanical and systems engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering with 5 or more; years of experience as an Electrical Design Engineer / in electronic circuit development (analog/digital/power electronic)
- Experience in technical leadership will be considered an advantage
- English proficiency
- Experience working in Mentor Graphics or similar would be considered an advantage
- Experience with designs in aerospace industry would be considered an advantage
