In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems, you’ll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters. BAE Systems is looking for a new Hardware Quality Eng I in C4ISR. Our mission is to reliably deliver customer- focused, secure communication s, navigation, and identification products, which are integrated across all levels of production. Experience the entire life cycle of a hardware production program from development and demonstration, test design and development, product fielding and sustainment.

The selected candidate will be part of a Quality Engineering team throughout the product lifecycle. From semiconductor components to circuit card assemblies, sub-assembly as well as sub- systems, our products are global and beyond.

Quality First mindset with past inspection experience highly desired.

Job Requirements:

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Bachelor' s degree and 0 years of experience or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
A strong emphasis on team cohesion

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

IPC-610
Certification, AS9100 or
AS9145 highly desirable.
Experience with DCMA and government contracts.
Strong background in hardware production, and possess a demonstrated understanding of testing, and deploying complex hardware systems using state of the art test solutions and commercial instrumentation for testing Military Communications, Navigation, and Electronic Warfare equipment

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $52080 - $88535

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
