Tasks
- Manage Lufthansa Technik Base Maintenance Central Planning.
- Oversee the flow of information related to Quotation Engineering, Planning Engineering, and Project Preparation.
- Support all digital initiatives and lead those within your area of responsibility.
- Contribute to the preparation and negotiation of contracts.
- Assess new customer requirements and develop optimal solutions.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Manage the allocated budget effectively.
- Ensure detailed evaluation of work packages and the preparation of aircraft maintenance inputs by Planning Engineers.
- Implement internal and customer-specific requirements into planning activities.
- Conduct analyses related to various aspects of aircraft and/or organizational performance and take appropriate actions.

Requirements
- Excellent understanding of the creation and control of maintenance programs and Maintenance Planning Documents
- Solid knowledge of statistical methods
- Familiarity with modern digital tools and technologies
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of aircraft documentation
- High level of computer literacy
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication, public speaking, and training skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain focused and perform effectively under pressure
