To provide technical support and engineering development for Malaysia Airlines Berhad’s (MAB) fleet of aircraft, specifically in the areas of cabin and system engineering.

• Provide service engineering support for aircraft systems under ATA chapters 21, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 32, 36, 47.
• Conduct studies and propose solutions to technical issues to improve aircraft dispatch reliability.
• Evaluate and recommend modifications, repair schemes, products, or processes to enhance operational efficiency, maintainability, and component life.
• Participate in special projects involving Technical Fields: Hydromechanical system, Environmental system and Fuel systems, as per the Design Organisation Manual (DOM) approval process.
• Liaise with vendors, airlines, overhaul agencies, and internal departments on technical matters related to assigned responsibilities.
• Undertake any additional assignments as directed by the Manager.

• Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent from recognized institutions.

• Strong technical expertise in aircraft systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to develop business case proposals and management reports.

• Maintain a high level of competency within the section.
• Effectively manage, organize, allocate tasks, and motivate team members.
• Ensure technical data, procedures, and information are accurate and current for operational use.
• Drive continuous improvement in work quality and efficiency.
• Provide prompt and high-quality technical consultation within the relevant field.
