Role PurposeTo provide technical support and engineering development for Malaysia Airlines Berhad’s (MAB) fleet of aircraft, specifically in the areas of cabin and system engineering.
Key Accountability- Provide service engineering support for aircraft systems under ATA chapters 21, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 32, 36, 47.
- Conduct studies and propose solutions to technical issues to improve aircraft dispatch reliability.
- Evaluate and recommend modifications, repair schemes, products, or processes to enhance operational efficiency, maintainability, and component life.
- Participate in special projects involving Technical Fields: Hydromechanical system, Environmental system and Fuel systems, as per the Design Organisation Manual (DOM) approval process.
- Liaise with vendors, airlines, overhaul agencies, and internal departments on technical matters related to assigned responsibilities.
- Undertake any additional assignments as directed by the Manager.
Qualifications & Working Experience- Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent from recognized institutions.
Skills & Knowledge- Strong technical expertise in aircraft systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to develop business case proposals and management reports.
