The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level Systems Engineering Engineer to join the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization supporting the Executive Fleet Team in San Antonio, TX.

Position Responsibilities:
- Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to assist with analyses, design, development and verification of a lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.
- Assists with analyses to evaluates customer/operational needs to define system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces.
- Assists with various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture.
- Assists with analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and peers
- Conducts assessments of processes and practices to standards and criteria
- Assists in development of strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives
- Develops solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams at multiple organizational levels in dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Critical thinking skills; ability to work in agile, flexible team environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Boeing General knowledge (Engineering, Supplier Management and Operation)
- Familiarity with the Systems Engineering V implementing a System onto a product
