What Youll Do:
As a Senior Engineering/Technical Recruiter, you’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle while working closely with a collaborative, supportive team:
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Light Industrial, and Manufacturing roles
- Review requisitions, screen resumes, interview candidates, and submit qualified talent through vendor management systems
- Coordinate interviews and deliver employment offers
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with candidates through consistent communication and trust
- Get creative with sourcing strategies to develop strong talent pipelines for future needs
- Maintain accurate, organized documentation in our ATS (iCIMS) to ensure compliance and quality
- Partner with teammates to support shared goals—because we win as a team
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of overall recruiting experience
- 3+ years of staffing agency experience, ideally supporting aerospace, defense, or technical roles
- Proactive in phone-based candidate engagement, including cold outreach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—you care about doing things right
- Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities while staying focused and positive
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, OneNote, Excel) and the ability to quickly learn ATS and VMS tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred, but not required
