Avionics Technician
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an Avionics Technician, preferably with a production background for a final assembly line in Philadelphia, PA
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
These workers will be building and assembling new helicopters, not repairing or performing maintenance on active helicopters. - Assemble, modify & install wire bundles, conductors & other electrical components
- Document and log critical information
- Read & Interpret schematics assembly drawings, process specifications, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, written instructions, etc
- Clearly document work performed, control equipment status tags, log critical information during installation, verify parts requests, etc..

- Effectively communicate, orally and written, with other employees, members of supervision, and others, as required in their duties.
- Perform assigned duties on all shifts without encumbrances due to weather or physical location and conditions, also while wearing required safety equipment.
Qualifications and requirements:- 3+ years of on aircraft avionics experience
- Able to assemble, modify, and install wire bundles, conductors and other electrical components.
- Able to use a variety of manual hand tools such as crimpers, strippers, wire cutters, heat shrink gun, complex, specialized aircraft test equipment, etc.

- Full toolbox, etched and shadowed - required
- Corporate experienced highly preferred
- You have the ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form on individual and/or aircraft status
- Basic PC skills.
