Avionics Technician

We are hiring experienced aviation maintenance professionals for a long-term, direct-hire opportunity supporting a well-established MRO specializing in heavy maintenance on commercial aircraft. Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: Up to $36.00/hour (DOE)
- $100,000+ annually with overtime
License Incentives:
- $2/hour per FAA license
- Earn up to $4/hour extra for holding both A&P certifications
Employment Type: Direct hire (full-time)

Work Schedules
Multiple schedules available with overtime opportunities:

Sunday–Thursday
- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM ($0.50 shift differential)
Tuesday–Saturday
- Same shift options as above
Friday–Monday
- Same shift options as above
Key Responsibilities
- Perform heavy maintenance and inspections on commercial aircraft
- Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems in accordance with FAA regulations
- Accurately document maintenance activities
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced MRO environment
Tools
- Basic aviation toolset required
Qualifications
- Avionics experience in a heavy maintenance or MRO environment preferred
- FAA Airframe and/or Powerplant certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Seeking long-term employment with growth opportunities
