About the role
The Campaign Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated spaneting campaigns that drive foot traffic, maximize revenue through increased product sales and enhance QDFs brand visibility
Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist the development and implementation of comprehensive campaign strategies that align with the company objectives and target audience to achieve the company business objectives.
Coordinate all aspects of campaign production, including print materials, digital assets, and multimedia content to create comprehensive, cohesive and effective campaigns that resonate with the target audience across various mediums and channels.
Coordinate with internal teams on the campaigns creativity, designs, and spaneting to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Oversee creation and optimization of campaign assets by ensuring that they are compelling with the brand, and optimized for all our channels to maximize effectiveness in achieving campaigns goals such as, driving sales or increasing brand awareness.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze data through spaneting and analytics tools to measure effectiveness and identify areas of improvements.
Collaborate with key stakeholders including Qatar Airways, Internal Media Services, HIA teams, and QR group subsidiaries by identifying new media advertising channels, to expand our 360° integrated media solutions.
Provide Line Manager with detailed weekly reports including, but not limited to, business trends, brand partner needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, assisting in developing all new spaneting activities and initiative to bridge revenue gaps.
Leverage QDF’s Trinity model USP to deliver innovative and pioneering award-winning 360° integrated spaneting campaigns leading to revenue increase and positive results for both QDF and brand partners.
Use design skills to prepare mock-up of new ideas and media proposals to deploy all promotions and campaigns and generate more sales.
Liaise with Media and Creative Suppliers to optimize the brand exposure and benefit thereof.
Monitor site production work from vendors on a day-to-day basis to ensure production are as per agreed budget, timeline, quality.
Plan and organize personal planning and implementation strategy, to maximize the return on time investment.
Maintain and implement DOA and Procurement policies to achieve better financial management, vendor relationships and overall operational effectiveness.
Perform other department duties related to the position as directed by the Head of the Department
