Qualifications
To qualify for this position at the FV-G (FG/GS 10-11) level you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to FV-F (FG/GS 5/7/9) level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience is: Experience applying management principles, methods, and techniques to solve the problems of the organization. Experience with the general management of an organization. Experience developing and securing for the fiscal and business resources and services needed to manage and operate an organization. Applicants must provide sufficient information within resume work history to show how the specialized experience is met.
Education Education substitution for FV-G: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree OR a combination of education and experience may be qualifying for this position. Education at the graduate level in an accredited college or university must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.
